5 Step Plan

  • In cases where the developer (private or public) is planning to set up a sustainable business park, it is very important to involve the park manager in this at as early a stage as possible. This is not only to shorten the lead time and to immediately create the necessary support, but also to bring about cost savings in the subsequent commercial exploitation on the basis of a well-considered concept. Sustainability does not have to be an additional cost as long as it is included in the initial phase. For new business parks this is the land issue phase, since the issue plan and the contract of sale have to cover various issues that are compulsory under the subsidy decree and/or create benefits at a later stage.
  • For an existing business park involvement is needed from the implementation phase onwards in view of the structure of the management plan.
