Anneleen Desmyter

Anneleen Desmyter has a Master’s degree in Applied Economics (KU Leuven), an MBA (UCL), and a Master of Real Estate (UAMS).

She was active for a number of years as a commercial real estate project developer for the firm Eurinpro NV.

Together with Freddy Hoorens, she founded CC Company NV in 2004, which is the present Quares Residential NV.

 

 


Freddy Hoorens

Freddy Hoorens has a technical background and held various management positions in the leisure and food industry before entering the world of real estate.

Among other things, he was the commercial director at Industriebouw Verelst.

In 1999 he established the management firm SPM (Specialist in Property Management) within Eurinpro NV.

He managed the closed-end real estate investment company Siref, which was set up in collaboration with ASLK-CGER.

In 2002 he took over SPM, now Quares Property & Facility Management NV.

Together with Anneleen Desmyter, he founded CC Company NV in 2004, which is the present Quares Residential NV. In recent years Freddy Hoorens has also been a frequent guest speaker, both for the government and in the private sector, on themes such as business park management, sustainable management and CO2 neutrality.


Herman Du Bois

Herman Du Bois has a Master’s degree in Applied Economics (KU Leuven), a Postgraduate Certificate in Real Estate (KU Leuven) and is Member of RICS.

He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor. He then worked for various Swedish real estate funds, before he established the firm APM NV (“Asset and Property Managers”) in 1997, one of the largest independent managers of office buildings in Belgium and Luxembourg. APM was sold to Atisreal in 2002, which in turn was taken over by BNP Paribas in 2004.

He was active as director there until the middle of 2005, to then help establish the Quares Group at the beginning of 2006.

Herman Du Bois is a lecturer at Artesis University College in Antwerp.
